The formal dynamic of the design has been generated by subtle gestures that follow a coherent, logical order. A rhythm of slices and folds define each piece; an integration of diverse forms that reflects the individuality of each panel – yet ensures they are considered within the overall ensemble.

The social meanings of monuments are rarely fixed and certain and are frequently 'contested' by different social groups. In this design the Monument in between two different temporal. The UFO symbolized the alien try to explore the Earth. The rover symbolized the human try to explore outside.

Irregular spherical shape and reflective transparent metal sheeting take their references from the local building vernacular, and reflects the surrounding nature and changing seasons.

Mies van der Rohe
From " circulation space" evolved "full space " is another important theory Mies . In the " circulation space" , a large space is divided into a plurality of small through- space , wherein the partition when we removed a whole is left to the space.Smith believes that human needs will change, and architectural forms can be constant, is simply the old adage "one size fits all" as long as there is a whole big space where people can freely transform internally, then demand can be satisfied.

MVRDV
The structural concept enhances the sustainable profile of the building. The box construction of the bubbles permits different conditions inside the building and improves the energy efficiency.

Concepts from MVRDV: The balloon shape allows for versatile exhibitions. The aerodynamic design results in even wind pressure and lower need for air-conditioning.

Concepts from Mies van der Rohe: The indoor and outdoor boundaries become increasingly blurred. People do not just live inside the brick wall enjoy the open indoor and the outdoor freedom.
