The social meanings of monuments are rarely fixed and certain and are frequently 'contested' by different social groups.In this design the Monument in between two different temporal.The UFO symbolized the alien try to explore the Earth.The rover symbolized the human try to explore outside.


 Irregular spherical shape and reflective transparent metal sheeting take their references from the local building vernacular, and reflects the surrounding nature and changing seasons.

Mies van der Rohe
From " circulation space" evolved "full space " is another important theory Mies . In the " circulation space" , a large space is divided into a plurality of small through- space , wherein the partition when we removed a whole is left to the space.Smith believes that human needs will change, and architectural forms can be constant, is simply the old adage "one size fits all" as long as there is a whole big space where people can freely transform internally, then demand can be satisfied.



MVRDV
The structural concept enhances the sustainable profile of the building. The box construction of the bubbles permits different conditions inside the building and improves the energy efficiency.
